Part of the Community

We are thrilled to donate a percentage of every success fee to a local community or charity group in consultation with our vendors in each community we have success in.

We believe at our core that we have a responsibility to support local and look forward to meeting many wonderful people doing fantastic work in their communities.

Caroline Chisholm Society

July 2026

Following the successful settlement of Quest Watergardens, Stellar was proud to make its second community donation to the Caroline Chisholm Society. Thank you to Dinushka O’Neill and her team, this means a great deal to us. Giving back to the communities where we work is at the heart of Stellar, and we’re incredibly proud that the settlement of Quest Watergardens made this contribution possible.

We recently visited Caroline Chisholm Society and saw first-hand the incredible work of their team and volunteers, supporting vulnerable children and women experiencing crisis with clothing, essentials, safe housing and the support they need to rebuild their lives. If you’re able to support their Triple the Impact Appeal, we encourage you to consider making a contribution.

WomenTHAT

May 2026

I had the privilege of attending the WomenTHAT Melbourne Chapter Launch this month and walked away genuinely energised.
Bumping into David Mansfield and Anthea Dimitrakopoulos and the team from Quest was a lovely reminder of how small and connected the travel and accommodation industry really is.

I enjoyed hearing Nicole Livingstone speak about her continued support of women across the many remarkable roles she has held. Her commitment to lifting women up in sport, in leadership, and beyond was inspiring. We had a lovely chat afterwards about girls AFL at the grassroots level, something I'm involved with in my own community through my daughter. A reminder that the work being done at the top of the game really does trickle down.

Hustle. Grit. Determination. Engagement. Surround yourself with the right people, both mentors and allies.

Thank you to the WomenTHAT team, in particular Sarah Derry for having me!

Stella Prize

May 2026

Thrilled to have attended the 2026 Stella Prize ceremony in Melbourne — one of Australia's most important literary celebrations, recognising exceptional writing by women and non-binary authors.

It was a privilege to be in a room full of remarkable talent, and even lovelier to share the evening with fellow Quest franchisees — the women behind many Quest franchises in Melbourne. Nights like this are a good reminder of why representation matters, in literature and in business.

Bridge Darebin

April 2026

I recently had the wonderful pleasure of spending time with the incredible Bridge Darebin team at a charity golf day hosted by the legendary Tottie Goldsmith.

Bridge Darebin does extraordinary work supporting the most vulnerable members of our local Preston community - and days like this are a reminder of why giving back sits at the heart of everything we do.

Proud to support such a vital organisation, right in our own backyard. A group of wonderful women.

Our Village

December 2025

A moment we are genuinely proud of, our first donation!

Following the successful settlement of Quest St Kilda Bayside, Stellar made its first community donation - and we couldn't be happier about where it landed. Our Village, formed by the incredible teams at St Kilda Mums, Geelong Mums and Eureka Mums, supports vulnerable babies and children across Victoria by redistributing essential goods to families who need them most.

Every transaction Stellar completes is an opportunity to give something back to the community where that property lives. This is what that looks like in practice. Thank you to our vendor for sharing in that vision.
